    The Art of Effortless Living

Effortless Living is possible and you can achieve it too. Experts describe the steps and explain details of the path, how to follow the great thinkers who discovered the map of the mind. You need to know where to go when your thinking wonders away, observe to know the signals, then align with the correct way of thinking again, in order to obtain inner peace.

The practice of non doing, non forcing is the essential aspect of Taoism known as wu-wei. Attributed to the great sage Lao-tzu, the philosophy of wu-wei teaches you how to develop a natural state of consciousness not bound by thought or preconceived limitations.

Experienced by the greatest artists, athletes, musicians, and writers, this heightened state of consciousness, referred to as “being in the zone,” is where intelligent spontaneity and effortless action flourish via a practice rooted in permitting the natural harmony of the cosmos to prevail.

Essentially, how to live life effortlessly. Wu-wei can yield a renewed sense of trust in many aspects of your daily life, making each day more effortless.

The Art of Effortless Living provides keen insight on how you can experience the beauty of achieving an enlightened, effortless mind while revealing in the process of life’s unfolding.

Lao-tzu also known as Laozi (source: Wikipedia)

Laozi (UK: /ˈlaʊˈzɪə/; US: /ˈlaʊˈtsiː/; Chinese: 老子 Mandarin pronunciation: [làu̯.tsɨ]; literally “Old Master”), also rendered as Lao Tzu (/ˈlaʊˈtsuː/ or /ˈlaʊˈdzʌ/) and Lao-Tze (/ˈlaʊˈdzeɪ/), was an ancient Chinese philosopher and writer. He is the reputed author of the Tao Te Ching, the founder of philosophical Taoism, and a deity in religious Taoism and traditional Chinese religions.

A semi-legendary figure, Laozi was usually portrayed as a 6th-century BC contemporary of Confucius, but some modern historians consider him to have lived during the Warring States period of the 4th century BC. A central figure in Chinese culture, Laozi is claimed by both the emperors of the Tang dynasty and modern people of the Li surname as a founder of their lineage. Laozi’s work has been embraced by both various anti-authoritarian movements and Chinese Legalism.

  • How Will The World End?

    How Will The World End?

Can what has no beginning really end? The world will end in an illusion, as it began. Yet will its ending be an illusion of mercy. The illusion of forgiveness, complete, excluding no one, limitless in gentleness, will cover it, hiding all evil, concealing all sin and ending guilt forever. So ends the world that guilt had made, for now it has no purpose and is gone. The father of illusions is the belief that they have a purpose; that they serve a need or gratify a want. Perceived as purposeless, they are no longer seen. Their uselessness is recognized, and they are gone. How but in this way are all illusions ended? They have been brought to truth, and truth saw them not. It merely overlooked the meaningless.

Until forgiveness is complete, the world does have a purpose. It becomes the home in which forgiveness is born, and where it grows and becomes stronger and more all-embracing. Here is it nourished, for here it is needed. A gentle Savior, born where sin was made and guilt seemed real. Here is His home, for here there is need of Him indeed. He brings the ending of the world with Him. It is His Call God’s teachers answer, turning to Him in silence to receive His Word. The world will end when all things in it have been rightly judged by His judgment. The world will end with the benediction of holiness upon it. When not one thought of sin remains, the world is over. It will not be destroyed nor attacked nor even touched. It will merely cease to seem to be.

Certainly this seems to be a long, long while away. “When not one thought of sin remains” appears to be a long-range goal indeed. But time stands still, and waits on the goal of God’s teachers. Not one thought of sin will remain the instant any one of them accepts Atonement for himself. It is not easier to forgive one sin than to forgive all of them. The illusion of orders of difficulty is an obstacle the teacher of God must learn to pass by and leave behind. One sin perfectly forgiven by one teacher of God can make salvation complete. Can you understand this? No; it is meaningless to anyone here. Yet it is the final lesson in which unity is restored. It goes against all the thinking of the world, but so does Heaven.

The world will end when its thought system has been completely reversed. Until then, bits and pieces of its thinking will still seem sensible. The final lesson, which brings the ending of the world, cannot be grasped by those not yet prepared to leave the world and go beyond its tiny reach. What, then, is the function of the teacher of God in this concluding lesson? He need merely learn how to approach it; to be willing to go in its direction. He need merely trust that, if God’s Voice tells him it is a lesson he can learn, he can learn it. He does not judge it either as hard or easy. His Teacher points to it, and he trusts that He will show him how to learn it.

The world will end in joy, because it is a place of sorrow. When joy has come, the purpose of the world has gone. The world will end in peace, because it is a place of war. When peace has come, what is the purpose of the world? The world will end in laughter, because it is a place of tears. Where there is laughter, who can longer weep? And only complete forgiveness brings all this to bless the world. In blessing it departs, for it will not end as it began. To turn hell into Heaven is the function of God’s teachers, for what they teach are lessons in which Heaven is reflected. And now sit down in true humility, and realize that all God would have you do you can do. Do not be arrogant and say you cannot learn His Own curriculum. His Word says otherwise. His Will be done. It cannot be otherwise. And be you thankful it is so.

  • The Law of One

    The Law of One

    The Law of One

According to Ra we are each a mind, body, spirit complex and we’re here on earth in the 3rd density, to learn about our past incarnations, as well as to assist in the ongoing transition to the 4th density.

Consider this, if you will, Ra says…

The universe is infinite. This has yet to be proven or dis-proven, but we can assure you that there is no end to your selves, of your journey of seeking, or your perceptions of the creations

    Ra

Naughty Beaver is to thank for prompting me to take another read of The Law of One channelling of Ra, which I had browsed many times over the years and even remember my uncle talking about this information way back in the late eighties. Serendipitous to learn about it now.

The thing is that Naughty Beaver is connecting dots for me, on things I just never would have connected. My evolution of understanding the universe is accelerating, I’m able to drift in and out of my optimum peace frequency with ease and devote allot of thought to infinity.

Every day I ride my bicycle while practising specific breathing techniques learned from yoga. For over a decade I’ve been learning how to optimize my ability to meditate while bike-riding. Plus, the idea that the brain is a super-computer, so use the time to process ideas by intentionally letting the mind chew on it while simultaneously balancing and exercising the body at a steady high RPM, like a high-performance engine powering the brain.

To my mind, the range of questions I process, cover an extremely broad spectrum which always includes God. More and more I ask questions of myself about God and try to see things from the perspective of a creator.

Now I realize evil must exist to enable love. Good people make bad decisions and others follow, then when too many are going the wrong way a correction takes place to atone for the mistake. There needs to be new ideas to evolve and it’s through creative innovation that the cycle repeats.

Ra teaches us that we are entering an era of service to others being the replacement to service to self. This is obvious to me, for example when I was youth there was a common poster theme about the person with the most amount of toys wins and it shows a beachfront home a line of cars, jet and helicopter. This was the dream vision of many a baby boomer.

Our creator would see his beautiful creation with us in it, flourishing, like a vine growing up a tree, bending and curving, with clusters of leaves in the appropriate places and dying branches haphazardly bending towards the dirt. We require the criminally insane in our population to make us curve upwards and grow with force to overcome the negative pull of evil.

The love of light and the light of love is so much more powerful than the darkness that it’s impossible to stop mankind from evolving towards it. All the world’s malevolence does, is make the love of light grow stronger.

Peace revolution is happening, with or without you.

  • Wisdom of words

    Wisdom of words

    owl

Wisdom of words was brought to mind when I saw this owl photo. Owls trigger me to think about wisdom. I seek wisdom and realized that whenever I stop blogging here, I don’t feel complete at the end of my day. As I have said before; the only way to become a writer, is to write.

Practice is the only way and Blogging is the best way to practice.

“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.”

    Aristotle

Besides, I’m mostly writing for myself. What I learned from experience, is that even a badly written blog post, is better than an excellent draft. I can make this story better in the future, as I have done with some posts going back as far as 2004.

There’s nothing as nice as ink on paper, especially a nice ink pen on a fresh page of my Moleskin journal. So as you can tell, I aspire to write well and the main thing I’ve come to learn, is that less is more. Brevity has power. The most powerful writing, succinctly articulates complex ideas.

Wisdom conveyed in words, doesn’t requite very many. Nothing on earth is new, just an evolution of something else. Setting the context is primary and then filling in the blanks is the description of the evolution. Before you can sell a new idea, it’s important to describe the genesis of that idea.

Great writing comes from creating a large block of content, then chiselling away the excess words, discarding fluff statements and articulating just the raw information of the idea.

The art of writing is among the noblest of crafts, in my opinion because it connects your dreams with your reality. Simply put, if you’re a writer and can’t describe what you want, in words, why should you expect to be able to manifest your ideas in real life?

A word to the wise though, about the wisdom of words; every document that you need to do anything you can imagine, has already been written by someone else. Your job as an artist is to craft new documents from older ones. Be warned though, you must express your own ideas, not the person from who you may be borrowing words, so do not plagiarize!

Write more and the better your writing will become.

Ernest Miller Hemingway, July 2, 1961

Hemingway’s Advice on Writing, Ambition, and the Art of Revision

“In any art you’re allowed to steal anything if you can make it better.”

    Ernest Hemingway

“As a writer you should not judge. You should understand,”Ernest Hemingway (July 21, 1899–July 2, 1961) counseled in his 1935 Esquire compendium of writing advice, addressed to an archetypal young correspondent but based on a real-life encounter that had taken place a year earlier.

In 1934, a 22-year-old aspiring writer named Arnold Samuelson set out to meet his literary hero, hoping to steal a few moments with Hemingway to talk about writing.

Samuelson recorded the experience and its multitude of learnings in a manuscript that was only discovered by his daughter after his death in 1981. It was eventually published as With Hemingway: A Year in Key West and Cuba (public library) — the closest thing to a psychological profile of the great writer.

  • Swimming in the Stream of Consciousness

Swimming in the Stream of Consciousness

    Palm Tree Stream of Consciousness

The most amazing thing has been happening to me lately, I’ve been diving into moments of synchronicity and swimming in the stream of consciousness. It’s like when you’re communicating and all of a sudden these amazing statements came out of your mouth, that sound incredibly wise and well articulated but you wonder where they came from.

Every day I riide my bicycle along the Pacific ocean and I practice breathing and intentionally defrag my mental hard-drive and clean my random memory access, often times it happens easily, especially when I see wildlife in nature, doing what wildlife tends to do, it captivates my mind and I forget about the things that were preoccupying me only moments previously.

After having practised this disciplined and regular mental CCleaner for the brain for such a long time, I’m beginning to really notice the differences in my life. Oddly enough my vision of how I wanted things to go, has started to go the way I had hoped. Nothing is ever perfect of course but the best part of my gradual improvement, in clarity of purpose, was that I occasionally find that I’m able to write entire paragraphs and realize that I wasn’t really concentrating on what I was saying, the keyboard was accepting my fingers and the words were just tumbling out on to the page in front of me.

Most of the time it’s more laborious for me, that’s because my mind is holding too many different things in the ram at the same time, whereas I need to be either completely focused on the topic, or being really immersed in the idea I’m trying to convey and if I’m informed on the topic, it’s become easier to write, plus more enjoyable, than ever before.

When I was a teenager I wanted to be a writer one day, if I’d only written more then, it’s like I’m forty years too late to catching on to the joy of writing…. oh well, this blog is much more fun than writing a book anyway and the purpose always has been to seek that Stream of Consciousness where the words come through me, rather than from me.

    BTW: Thank you for reading.

  • Living in a Post Truth World

Living in a Post Truth World

Living in a Post Truth World

I realize I promised not to spin negative yarns and talk conspiracy here on this blog, especially since I’m recovering from my own cognitive dissonance and doing awesome in my recovery. Occasionally I’ll gripe about the aerosol injections in the sky over my head, and wish they wouldn’t spray us but I generally keep it to myself and just avoid being in the mist clouds when they come to land. It’s just part of Living in a Post Truth World.

During the summer here in BC you can see geo-engineering so obviously man made, against the backdrop of blue skies, with big puffy white normal clouds, seen far away, climbing the mountains (as clouds normally do). The contrast of the 2 cloud types is obvious but the frogs have been boiled already and nothing anyone could say makes any difference in the new world of total truth duality.

Duality means there is more than one truth and two people can have different versions of truth. One person say’s contrail and I say chemtrail, that’s just one of hundreds of examples and I’m not about to force cognitive dissonance on anyone, even my enemy, so I accept both versions.

Duality in every category, in every world leader, in every important topic and in every fabric of society. Wrong is right, right is wrong.

The confusion is by design and essential for there to be order from chaos because first you need chaos. The best way to achieve chaos is to delete the truth and leave only the questions by themselves, like a half-baked frozen pizza, it looks fine on the surface but as soon as you bite in you immediately know something is wrong. You’re not being fed the truth.

    Here’s an example, from a question I was asking and found it as a topic on Quora with 19 responses;

Did CIA Director William Casey really say, “We’ll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false”?

It’s not so important what that CIA director said off the record because his predecessor, William Colby said that the Central Intelligence Agency owns everyone of any significance in major media. On the record, period…. full stop. Take a read of a 1996 article from the LA Times – Colby: The Man Who Told Secrets. This explains how we became a Post Truth World.

Recently the sealed records from the JFK job were released to prove that it was a coup and the gov was the trigger, period – full stop. Therefore the best way to protect the eventual truth from coming out was the change the meaning of truth, exactly as the Mr. Casey was quoted as having said.

I forgive all these people, since I think that most things are done with good intentions but it was the words of JFK himself that really close the case on the entire topic and should make anyone realize that it’s got to end. It will end because we are awakening to the real truth.

    President John F. Kennedy
    Waldorf-Astoria Hotel, New York City
    April 27, 1961

The very word “secrecy” is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it. Even today, there is little value in opposing the threat of a closed society by imitating its arbitrary restrictions. Even today, there is little value in insuring the survival of our nation if our traditions do not survive with it. And there is very grave danger that an announced need for increased security will be seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of official censorship and concealment. That I do not intend to permit to the extent that it is in my control. And no official of my Administration, whether his rank is high or low, civilian or military, should interpret my words here tonight as an excuse to censor the news, to stifle dissent, to cover up our mistakes or to withhold from the press and the public the facts they deserve to know.

  • What Is a Miracle?

    What Is a Miracle?

    What Is a Miracle?

    1. A miracle is a correction. It does not create, nor really change at all. It merely looks on devastation, and reminds the mind that what it sees is false. It undoes error, but does not attempt to go beyond perception, nor exceed the function of forgiveness. Thus it stays within time’s limits. Yet it paves the way for the return of timelessness and love’s awakening, for fear must slip away under the gentle remedy it brings.

    2. A miracle contains the gift of grace, for it is given and received as one. And thus it illustrates the law of truth the world does not obey, because it fails entirely to understand its ways. A miracle inverts perception which was upside down before, and thus it ends the strange distortions that were manifest. Now is perception open to the truth. Now is forgiveness seen as justified.

    3. Forgiveness is the home of miracles. The eyes of Christ deliver them to all they look upon in mercy and in love. Perception stands corrected in His sight, and what was meant to curse has come to bless. Each lily of forgiveness offers all the world the silent miracle of love. And each is laid before the Word of God, upon the universal altar to Creator and creation in the light of perfect purity and endless joy.

    4. The miracle is taken first on faith, because to ask for it implies the mind has been made ready to conceive of what it cannot see and does not understand. Yet faith will bring its witnesses to show that what it rested on is really there. And thus the miracle will justify your faith in it, and show it rested on a world more real than what you saw before; a world redeemed from what you thought was there.

    5. Miracles fall like drops of healing rain from Heaven on a dry and dusty world, where starved and thirsty creatures come to die. Now they have water. Now the world is green. And everywhere the signs of life spring up, to show that what is born can never die, for what has life has immortality.

  • Overcoming Cognitive Dissonance

    Overcoming Cognitive Dissonance

    Astronaut Irwin Saluting Flag

We owe it to ourselves to know the truth, even if we can’t handle it. The result can often be serious acute cognitive dissonance. Just like soldiers from combat, sometimes the damage is hidden deep under the surface but when you begin to realize the society-wide epidemic of duality, it’s causing many people to become even more confused.

Data dumps of truth has the world reeling already, so much truth is spilling out all over every topic and so many people are being left-behind because of the brain-washing they been given. Many find it completely unacceptable to live in a world where the leaders could have been intentionally malevolent and caught in heinous crimes.

A Course in Miracles helped me to understand that we all have a mission and in order to know what it is, we have to abort our mission and adopt His and God wants us to be happy. Sometimes the things we learn make us unhappy, or even angry. That’s ok, shit happens. Just remember this, half of what you think you know to be true, is likely not so because much of it’s developed on something else that’s not true.

In ACIM they say something that may reverberate in your mind a million times until it cements itself in your mind, it goes like this….

Nothing real can be threatened… and nothing unreal exists.

Really, it’s not so simple to understand what is real and when you do, you will have found peace, or peace of mind, as they say… because now you’ll know what it is and how to get it, that’s a miracle. If I told you that 300 days of study and you could be completely content with yourself, your life and your future, would you believe me?

It’s true when they say change the way you think and you’ll change the way you live. This is how I came to realize that even one second spent processing information, using my powerful mind, to extrapolate scenarios of something from the past, or something other than in front of me, is a mistake for me because it’s not going to make manifest the things I want to make manifest in my life, those are the things I want to think about.

Ekhart Tolle helped me immensely too, if it weren’t for studying his books, starting with the power of now and then especially the great book which my sister and I would read to each other. This prepared me for the course in miracles which is heavy duty spiritual psychology. I knew I was suffering from cognitive dissonance and it has been overcome with contentment.
