  • Brazilian Pilsner

    beer.jpg After a long week of hacking on the web and working on my projects, I reach for a large, cold bottle of Bohemia Weiss (wheat) Beer, then pour the entire 550ml into 1 specially designed glass, which I keep in my freezer for just such occasions. There are other great brews, here in Brasil, which may come as a surprise, but the country is so huge that somewhere the conditions are just perfect for growing the necessary ingredients.
